Marie-Lynn is a gifted writer and has met with critical acclaim both as a
songwriter and as a playwright. In these pages you will find some of Marie-Lynn's written work—excerpts from one of her plays and an entire one-act play, autobiographical sketches written for radio, and other bits and pieces. (She has spared you her first poems, written at age 5.) Each of the sections listed in the menu bar above (or at the bottom) shows a different facet of her work. The “More About the Songs” section shows how she integrated the songs (mostly from Vignettes) into her play Beautiful Deeds/De beaux gestes. Marie-Lynn has had three stories published in Chatelaine.
